Behind ErgoAssessment
I got into ergonomics because I think the way you sit at a computer is the baseline everything is built on: the setup, the accessories, all of it. Even before starting CreateComfy, the home office shop, I suspected my own posture wasn’t good. After learning how to sit more properly, the best way I had to check myself was a photo with my bare phone. As you might imagine, that is not the best way of going about it, especially when you’re an amateur. While researching and writing about ergonomics and how to improve desk users’ experience, I came up with this quick online posture assessment. Hopefully it’s useful to you.

Why we’re called ErgoAssessment
We’re focused on providing ergonomic assessments and posture analysis and feedback using our own ergo camera software. The name says exactly that, right down to the domain.
The .cam at the end of the domain signifies the role of the camera in the way we do the assessment. The brand name can be spelled either ErgoAssessment or Ergo Assessment, though we prefer ErgoAssessment.
You might know us as ErgoCam, our original name. Same project and same founder, now under a name that describes what we actually do.
